Town Offers New Slate of Programs and Activities at Manorhaven Beach Park
Port Washington, NY–Town of North Hempstead Supervisor Jon Kaiman, Councilwoman Dina De Giorgio, and the Department of Parks and Recreation reminded residents of the new slate of activities now being offered at Manorhaven Beach Park & Pool Complex.
Residents can sign up for lessons in sailing, standup paddle-boarding, kayaking, and fishing. Other new highlights include fitness programs such as yoga, and Zumba Fitness for both adults and kids.
In addition, Manorhaven Beach Park already features an outdoor pool; skate park; basketball, tennis, handball, volleyball, and bocce ball courts; a hockey rink; baseball diamond; soccer field; and a boat ramp.
