Supervisor Bosworth’s State of the Town to Air on WCWP Radio

Re-broadcast of speech on Feb. 13 at 11:30 a.m.


North Hempstead, NY – The Town of North Hempstead announced today that Supervisor Judi Bosworth’s State of the Town address will re-air on WCWP 88.1 FM radio, on Saturday, February 13th at 11:30 a.m.

The 35-minute speech focused on many quality of life issues for Town residents, such as development of downtowns, park improvements, infrastructure projects that will reduce the nitrogen content in the Town’s surrounding bays and harbors, and more accessible parking. Bosworth also pointed to the Town’s strong financial standing, excellent bond rating, and lower debt as a firm foundation for the Town.

The State of the Town Address was part of a luncheon program hosted by the League of Women Voters of Port Washington-Manhasset, who have hosted the event for 36 years.
