Synopsis:The rescission and adoption of this ordinance will establish a longer time-limit parking restriction (than is presently posted) on the south side of Warner Avenue, and a shorter time-limit restriction( than is presently posted)on the north side of Garden Street, in the vicinity of The Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church in Roslyn Heights.

Synopsis:The proposed Local Law would establish penalties for parking without a permit at Mary Jane Davies Park.

9. A PUBLIC HEARING TO CONSIDER THE ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE AFFECTING WILSON BOULEVARD, NEW HYDE PARK, NEW YORK.

Synopsis:The adoption of this ordinance will establish "No Stopping Here to Corner" parking restrictions at the intersection of Wilson Boulevard and Devonshire Drive, as well as "No Stopping Any Time" parking restrictions at the intersection of Wilson Boulevard and Herricks Road in New Hyde Park.
