Synopsis: The proposed local law would amend Chapters 2, 8, 9, 20A, 21, 25, 27, 30, 70 and 75 of the Town Code by eliminating specific fees identified therein and indicating that applicable fees shall be set forth on a schedule maintained in the Planning Department Offices, which schedule may be modified from time to time by Board Resolution.
