Synopsis: The proposed local law would amend Chapter 70 by establishing new development standards and review procedures associated with any building that is erected, altered or used on a lot in which a drive-thru facility is proposed and will clarify existing code regulations as they relate to drive-thru facilities. Tentative hearing date is January 24, 2006.
