MANORHAVEN BEACH PARK Manorhaven Park (Manorhaven Blvd.) is located on the northern end of Port Washington and offers an outdoor Olympic size pool, surrounding sundeck, and access to the beach overlooking Manhasset Bay. Lockers, showers, and complete changing facilities are available for all patrons. A food concession area is located off the pool deck for patrons. The area can also be used for birthday parties. Residents of North Hempstead can use the facility by either purchasing a summer pass or through a daily admission.
Last summer at Manorhaven Pool, we unveiled a newly renovated children's pool complete with grade level entry and two spray structures. A decorative sunflower and bucket structure will provide kids with hours of water enjoyment. We look forward to once again providing children with hours of enjoyment at the children's pool. Manorhaven Park also provides full outdoor recreational activities, such as, basketball, tennis, handball, racquetball, and bocci courts, as well as horseshoe pits. Athletic fields for soccer and softball may be reserved. Picnic areas, boat ramp, and playground are available.
A six week summer recreation program is available for children. For more information about all activities and programs at Manorhaven Park, please call 767-4618 between 9am - 4:30pm, Monday thru Friday.
