RECYCLING BUCKETS

If you need a new recycle bucket and you  live within an incorporated village, please contact your village directly.

If you need a new recycle bucket and you live within a Commissioner run garbage district, please see the list below and call your district directly.

For all other areas within the Town, you may pick up a recycle bucket at: Solid Waste Management Authority, 802 West Shore Road, Port Washington or Michael Tully Indoor Pool, 1801 Evergreen Avenue, New Hyde Park.

Should you require a second bucket, they are available for purchase for $12.00 as quantities allow. If you have received a bucket/lid within the last year and it has been lost, broken or damaged, in order to receive a replacement, you must purchase it for $12.00. If your collection service is not one of the Town-run garbage districts, you should call your Village/district for information.
